Cashier in 2 minutes

Find an unpaid citation, take payment, print receipt.

  1. Open Cashier from the sidebar.
  2. Search the citation number — pick it from the list.
  3. Choose payment method, confirm the amount, click Save payment.
  4. Print the receipt or hand the OR# to the motorist.

Enforcer in 3 minutes

Issue a citation on your phone, even offline.

  1. Open the Enforcer app and tap Issue citation.
  2. Fill the steps: Who → What → Where → Sign → Review.
  3. Save. If offline, the ticket queues and uploads automatically.

Pay your ticket in 60 seconds

For motorists using the citizen portal.

  1. Go to the Citizen Portal and look up your citation number.
  2. Tap Pay now and pick a payment method.
  3. Save the receipt — that's it.

Contesting a citation

How to file an appeal and what evidence helps.

  1. Open the citation in the portal and tap Contest.
  2. Explain what happened in your own words.
  3. Upload any photos, receipts, or witness contacts.
  4. Submit. You'll get a hearing notice by email.
